•Graphic or gratuitous violence is not allowed unless it is depicted in a fictious manner in the context of a hollywood movie or acted depictions . If your video shows someone getting hurt, attacked, killed or humiliated, for real don't post it.we will notify the police!
• THE ALL NIGHT CAFE is not a shock or gore site. Don't post gross-out videos of accidents, dead bodies and similar things.
•Respect copyright. Only upload videos that you made or that you are authorized to use. This means don't upload videos you didn't create, or use content in your videos that belongs to someone else who owns the copyright to the material, such as music tracks, snippets or clips of copyrighted programs, or videos made by other users, without necessary authorizations and the permmission of the lawful owners of the material in use.
•while THE ALL NIGHT CAFE respects  and encourages free speech and believes in and defends everyone's right to express their uncensored opinions and even unpopular points of view, we don't permit or support hate speech (speech which attacks or demeans a group based on race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, and sexual orientation/gender identity).Online bullying will not be tolerated on this site, respect the rights of your fellow users.
